Prefer a digital file versus a print? I also offer all my images in digital format via email or burned on CD. Digital files are custom-sized to your specifications- simply email me for a quote. Shipping on CDs is included in the price.

Orders for prints or digital files received by email or regular U.S. Mail will be processed within 5 business days, but not mailed until payment is received and cleared the bank (generally 3-5 business days). Orders paid by Money Order or PayPal will be processed and mailed within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Custom print sizes will be processed and mailed within 10-14 days of payment receipt.

Your complete satisfaction is my goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the print, simply return it to me within 30 days of purchase along with a brief explanation and I will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding any special shipping and handling).

All prints are processed in a Lab and are done on Fujicolor Crystal Archive professional photographic paper, processed through Kodak RA-4 chemistry. The archival quality of this process is 50+ years when stored under glass and out of direct sunlight before any fading may occur.

Terms of Use - Royalty Free License

Each of my images has a Royalty-Free License which means that you pay only once for an image license (included in the purchase price of the print or digital image). You may use the image for as long as you need and for most any use provided that you do not claim the image as your own and that you do not distribute the image for use by others. Once you have purchased an image license you may also use the image as inspiration to create other media such as paintings or drawings. The copyright of an image remains with the photographer. You may not purchase a license and then distribute the original image on a Photo CD or website to other people - such as offering the images for download or resale to others without a separate contract. Your purchase of an image constitutes acceptance of these terms of licensing.
